To deliver your presentation, you can play your slide show in full screen view or use
presenter viewA view that is available during a slide show and helps a presenter track how much time has elapsed and which slide is next. Presenter view also allows the presenter to take notes during the presentation. This view can be visible only on the presenter's monitor and not on the audience monitor, or the presenter can swap displays to move presenter view to the other monitor.. When you play a slide show with two displays connected, your audience sees the full screen slide show on one screen while you see the presenter view on the other by default. If you prefer to play the slide show in full screen view on both displays, you must change the setting before you start the slide show so that the slide show is mirrored.

Open the presentation that you want to play as a slide show.

Move through the slide show using the following:

To end the slide show when you finish presenting, press
